Hello my name is Sem, a photographer from Norway currently living in Japan.
My photography is mostly focused on the moments, places, and details that catch my attention while exploring the world around me. I’m drawn to nature, street scenes, everyday life, and the atmosphere created by changing weather and light. I enjoy capturing images that tell a story or evoke a feeling.
Photography started as a way to keep memories, but gradually became a major creative outlet for me. Over the years I’ve spent countless hours exploring with a camera, learning through practice, and developing my own style. My current work is heavily influenced by my experiences living abroad, particularly in South Korea and Japan, where I’ve had the opportunity to photograph new cultures, landscapes, and daily life.
Today, photography is both a creative journey and a way for me to document the places I visit, the people I meet, and the experiences that shape my life. Through my images, I hope to share a glimpse of the beauty, atmosphere, and stories I encounter along the way.
